Can anyone create an instructor account? +
No. Public registration creates learner accounts only. Instructor access is created or approved by the platform team.
Are sponsored courses free? +
No. Sponsored courses are partner-funded and require an organization access code. They are listed separately from free public courses.
When do I receive a certificate? +
Certificates are issued when the course completion requirements are met. Instructors can also assign certificates to completed learners.
Why is premium checkout unavailable? +
Premium checkout needs a configured Polar product ID for the selected course. If setup is pending, contact support or try again later.
