These terms apply to the UpskillsAfrica Foundation LMS, including courses, classrooms, certificates, instructor tools, and learner accounts.
Accounts
Learners are responsible for keeping account access secure. Public registration creates learner accounts; instructor and administrator roles require approval.
Course access
Free courses are publicly available after enrollment. Sponsored courses require an organization access code. Premium courses may require payment before classroom access is granted.
Certificates
Certificates are issued after course completion requirements are met. Verification confirms registry status, but it does not replace professional licensing or academic accreditation unless explicitly stated.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, interfere with other learners, or use course content in ways that violate law or partner agreements.
Changes
UpskillsAfrica Foundation may update courses, pricing, policies, and platform features to improve learner outcomes and keep the LMS secure.
